What if I have nut or dairy allergies?

All confections are produced in a facility that may contain trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, dairy products, wheat and gluten. So you should not eat this product.

 

Are your products organic?

Many organic ingredients are in our products, however we are not certified organic.


Are your products vegan?

The chocolate and sugar used are not vegan.


Are your products kosher?

Many confections are made with ingredients certified Kosher, however our facility has not been certified, thus none of our products are.

 

Do you have any sugar-free products?

Not at this time.

 

Is there any special care for my chocolates once my package arrives?

Best results -our chocolates should be stored in an airtight container placed in a cool, dry place (60° and 65° F).  No artificial shelf-life enhancers are use, enjoy within four weeks.

 

Can I refrigerate my chocolates?

We strongly do not recommend storing  chocolates in the refrigerator. This can adversely affect both the texture and the flavors of fine chocolates.

Is ordering online secure?

We use PayPal and ordering from this website is safe and easy. Your "Cart" is directed to PayPal's secure site where you can use either your PayPal account or any major credit card.


Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No, You can if you have one or use your major credit card. Information is sent through secured (https) and we never see any of your financial information.

 

Warm weather shipping?

Contact us if you live in a warm weather climate where you will be concerned about your chocolates melting.  There may be an additional charge for cold shipping.

 

Chocolate is happiest when kept in temperatures between 60 and 65 degrees. Due to it's delicate nature, we increase our shipping costs during the warmer months to keep it at it's best while on it's way to you.

   

Shipping services?

We provide priority shipping which means that your box of confections will arrive to most locations within 2 days, others 3 days. If you need to have it to you by the next day, please contact us immediately. No order will be shipped on Thursday or Friday unless it is sent over night.

 

What if my package comes damaged?

If your purchase arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Include a picture of the damage. We will either replace the product or refund your money.

We do not accept returns on merchandise.
